Take a glass,fill it with plain gond katira jelly.Keep it in the freezer for 15 min.

Mix gond katira jelly and strawberry crush.Fill the glass with strawberry flavoured gond katira.Now cover it with mango pieces.

Again fill it with Gond katira jelly,then cover it with watermelon pieces. Garnish it with chia seeds.Your healthy fruit punch is ready to beat the heat.
