Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPotatoes
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4Whole dried red chillies
  • 2Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • 3-4 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the potatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in cumin and red chillies and let them sizzle for few seconds.

    Add in potatoes,salt and 1/2 cup of water.

    Cook covered till water evaporates and potatoes are tender.

    Mix in green chillies and coriander.
