How to dice an onion with no tears
60 mlFlat Leaf Parsley, chopped
20 mlLime Juice
Salt
Spicy Mayo
60 mlMayonnaise
15 mlSriracha
7 mlLime Juice

Pineapple Salsa:
In a small bowl, toss the Pineapple Pieces, Onion, Flat Leaf Parsley, and Lime Juice. Season with Salt and set aside.

Spicy Mayo:
In seprate small bowl, whisk the Mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Season with salt and set aside.

Cut the Hotdog bun down the middle and place the Boere Wors in the center of the bun.

Add the pineapple salsa and spicy mayo to the dog. Serve and enjoy.
