  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 3 tbspCustard powder
  • 11/2 cupsFlour
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 11/2 tspBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 C.

    Sift together flour,custard powder and baking powder.

    Beat together eggs,sugar and essence for 5 minutes.

    Add in milk,oil and flour mixture.

    Beat till incorporate.

    Pour batter in a baking pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes or till done.
