Ingredients

15 mins
  • Brine
  • 1 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tsppepper corn
  • 1/2 tspcoriander
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 2bay leaves crushed
  • 1 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tspcayenne
  • 1large garlic clove crushed and chopped
  • 1/8 tspturmeric
  • Pickles
  • 4pickling cucumbers
  • 3 sprigsfresh dill

Steps

  1. 1

    Simmer all ingredients for brine for about 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add dill to the jar along with the cucumbers (I cut mine into spears).

  3. 3

    Pour hot bring over top the contents leaving 1/4” headspace (1/2” if you’re water bath canning).
