1 boxDitalini
2.25 ozcan black olives (diced)
1chopped red onion
1/2 cupchopped green onions
4 ozjar of diced pimientos
1/4 cupsweet pickle relish
1 1/2 cupmayonnaise
3chopped boiled eggs (optional)
1 tspSalt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 tspPaprika (garnish)

Boil pasta to your desired tenderness as directed on the back of the box. Once pasta is done boiling drain and let cool in the fridge.

In a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise and pickle relish. Stir until combined. Then add In pimentos, olives, green onions, red onion, and chopped egg. Stir until just incorporated. Add in cold pasta and stir until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika. Pasta should be well coated in the mixture. If needed add in additional mayonnaise.

Return pasta to fridge and let cool for 1hr. Serve once chilled.
