Palak Paneer Paratha

Parathas are most consumed Indian flat bread which is perfect for Breakfast as well as meals. Parathas can be prepared with stuffing or without stuffing. Spinach is iron rich leafy vegetable with numerous health benefits. In winter it is freshly available and in abundance. Paneer is protein rich healthy dairy product. Combination of palak and paneer is very popular in India. Apart from most popular palak paneer sabzi, many recipes are prepared using these two healthy ingredients. Palak paneer paratha is one of this. Generally for this paratha
spinach puree is used for kneading dough but I used raw and chopped spinach.

Steps

Knead medium hard dough by adding spinach, oil and salt in flour.

Add all spices and salt in grated paneer and mix.

Divide dough in equal sized balls. Take two dough balls and roll them one by one with the help of dry flour.

Take one rolled paratha, spread paneer mixture evenly. Cover with another rolled paratha. Seal sides by pressing. If needed apply water on sides.

Heat skillet, cook paratha little from both sides without ghee, then add ghee and cook from the both sides. Continue with rest of dough balls.

Serve hot.
