Ingredients

40 minutes
4 Servings (2 for bigger portions)
  • 100 gcheese (or add more if you like things cheesey)
  • boxFajita kit
  • 500 gchicken (I used bbq chicken will show a picture on the first method step it was Devine and added that extra bbq taste)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    The chicken I used I cooked this according to the instructions then took out oven cut off the bone and put in a bowl then follow below

    Mix following fajita kit instructions just don’t fry leave like this

    Get a big casserole dish and pop foil on the bottom (easier to get out and slide onto chopping board personal preference) add cheese

    Spoon some of the mixture on top like this I don’t go close to the edges so the cheese seals it lovely you see in end result photo what I mean

    Repeat 2 or 3 times depends how thick you want them I went two high!

    Then cover and add cheese I add cheese and some bbq sauce

    Cover with foil and bake in middle of a preheated oven on 180.c for 30 mins covered then 10-12 minutes uncovered

    YUMMY!! now cut and serve with your favourite sides!
