Add salt to the dosa batter and mix.

Add onion, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and chaat masala to the paneer stuffing and mix.

Spread oil on a non-stick hot griddle, then pour a big spoonful of dosa batter and spread it after 2 minutes, when the dosa is slightly cooked from the bottom, take it out.

Now fold the paneer stuffing over it.

Place mini paneer dosa in a serving plate and serve with coconut chutney, potato dosa masala and red tomato chutney.
