Ingredients

30 minutes
4 persons
  • 16brown bread slices
  • 1cup grated beetroot
  • 3/4cup grated carrot
  • 1/4cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • Salt to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all veggies, hung curd and spices in one bowl and mix well.

    Apply butter on bread slice and spread prepared mixture on it. Cover it with another bread.

    Now heat the skillet, apply some butter and cook sandwich from both sides.

    Serve with chutney, ketchup.
