In the mixing bowl, put warm water and sugar, whisk until the sugar dissolve. Add yeast, set aside.

Another bowl, sift cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder and salt. Add grape seed oil, whisk to combine. Add the mixed (1), whisk to combine well. Cover for 1 hour. Then turn the dough and cover for 1 hour. Turn the dough again cover for 2 hours.

Knead the dough to release air bubbles. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx 0.5 centimeter. Cut the dough about 1 inch wide and 2 inches long. Tap the rest of the dough with water. Then put the dough together. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside to drain the oil. Ready to enjoy 😉
