A Must-try Recipe for People Living Overseas!! Yakisoba (Stir-Fried Noodles) Using Pasta

I bought pickled ginger so I thought of making stir-fried noodles...
I was looking for a way to make stir-fried noodles, which is expensive overseas, cheaply and thought of this recipe.
The trick is to stir-fry the vegetables and pasta separately!! This prevents it from becoming watery.
I think the thickness of the spaghettini is the closest to soba. If this is hard to get, you can also use spaghetti. For 2 servings. Recipe by yukky25253

Cooking Instructions
- 1
The way to make the stir-fried noodles is pretty normal. I will mainly introduce the way to make pasta here.
- 2
Boil the pasta. Boil it a little longer than indicated on the packet. The texture becomes more like soba (Chinese noodles) if the pasta is not al dente.
- 3
Cut the vegetables and meat while boiling the pasta. Use whatever vegetables and meat you like.
- 4
Stir-fry the meat and vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 5
Be careful not to stir-fry too much at this point! Once the vegetables wilt, remove from the pan and set on a plate or something to the side. (If it becomes like this picture, then it's OK.)
- 6
Drain the water well from the pasta.
- 7
Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it well. Then add the pasta.
- 8
This will help to get rid of the excess moisture and it makes the pasta absorb more sauce.
- 9
Loosen the pasta and stir-fry well and add salt and pepper, then the sauce and mix well.
- 10
Add step 5 to step 9 and mix well.
- 11
Add more sauce if you need to adjust the seasoning and then it's done!!

An Osaka-native's Sauce Yakisoba (or Stir-fried Udon Noodles) An Osaka-native's Sauce Yakisoba (or Stir-fried Udon Noodles)
I was born and raised in Chuo Ward, Osaka, and love "okonomiyaki," "yakisoba" and "takoyaki".There are so many yummy restaurants here, but they're always so crowded... Even if these don't taste or look exactly the same as what you'd get in those places, I'm actually quite proud of what I've got here.Everything I've listed here are hints. Yakisoba and stir-fried udon noodles are such simple dishes, but those served at the okonomiyaki shop are really yummy. If you take some extra care during just a couple of steps, your noodles will taste so much better.I know yakisoba dishes vary in taste by region, but I hope you'll try this out at least once! In Kansai, the sauces for okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and takoyaki are different. They are all tasty, but I always end up with leftover sauce.Add the sauce after turning off the heat. If you add it while the heat is still on, it will spatter and form dark lumps. Recipe by Marrietty cookpad.japan -

Instant Yakisoba Noodles Instant Yakisoba Noodles
I tried this when an English guy made this in Africa, and it tasted just salty instant yakisoba noodles! That guy added the whole soup pack, didn't add vegetables, and sandwiched it between bread for a yakisoba sandwich! I'm impressed at the globalization of instant ramen noodles.Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce can also be called "English soy sauce"? The main ingredient is vinegar, so cook off the sourness first. You can buy instant ramen anywhere in the world. There's beef, vegetable and shrimp, but I think chicken is the best (although I haven't tried the others). Recipe by Bo-changohan cookpad.japan -
