I wanted to eat yakisoba noodles for lunch so I tried to make them with a lot of squid.

I wanted to eat yakisoba noodles for lunch so I tried to make them with a lot of squid.

Ingredients

  1. 3servings Chinese-style noodles
  2. 3Squid
  3. 1Green onion or scallion
  4. 10 gramsGinger
  5. 10 gramsGarlic
  6. 3 tbspOyster sauce
  7. 1 tbspMirin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the squid into thin rings and mince the garlic and ginger. Chop the scallion.

    Poke the bags of the noodles and make 2-3 holes and microwave for 3 minutes. Heat about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and add the garlic, ginger and scallions. Then add the squid and cook.

    Add the warm noodles, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of sake and combine with the squid. Season with oyster sauce and mirin. Done.

    Sprinkle on some black peppers if you like.
