Soak tuvar dal in water for 4-5 hours

Drain out excess water.

In a mixer jar add soaked dal, ginger, garlic, chillies, cummin seeds.Grind coarsely.

Add chopped coriander leaves, salt, turmeric,, coriander powder and eno.Mix well.

Bind small mutkas by pressing with fingers.

Heat oil in a pan put all mutkas cover it with lid.Flip after 5 minutes once reddish and crispy.Roast both sides and serve hot with any pickle.

Healthy and protein rich breakfast is ready.
