This recipe replaces all my previous gluten-free chocolate fondant recipes.
These are my variations on the recipe from the book "Cuisiner sans gluten" by Hachette.

This recipe replaces all my previous gluten-free chocolate fondant recipes.

Melt the chocolate.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and coffee.

Beat the almond or hazelnut butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time. Beat until creamy.

Combine all three mixtures, stirring well with a spatula.

Pour into your baking molds and bake for 10–12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

It's done when the top doesn't move when you gently shake the pan.
