Ingredients

2 serve
  1. 1/4 cupmixed vegetables.. peas, carrot,green chilli and garlic
  2. 1/4 cuponion, tomato and capsicum
  3. 1/2 cupsemolina
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tblsp chilli coriander and turmeric powder mix
  7. 1tblsp fresh coriander
  8. 1tblsp oil
  9. 1 tspcumin, sesame seeds and hing

  1. 1

    First dry roast the semolina.
    Chop all the veggies along with chili and garlic.
    Cut the onion tomato and capsicum..

    In a nonstick pan add oil,
    Put cumin,mustard seeds n hing
    Let it crack completely then add mixed crushed vegetables and onion, sauté till crunch cook,then add tomato, capsicum and salt..

    Pour the water in veggies,
    Add spices and mix well,when water Starts boiling add roasted semolina and coriander,.
    Mix gently,cover for 2-3 mnts then switch off the gas..

    Transfer the upma in the plate and garnish with a coriander leaf..
    Serve hot and enjoy the breakfast..👌😋
