Combination of Mixed vegetables and semolina makes most healthy n Yummy breakfast.
Steps
- 1
First dry roast the semolina.
Chop all the veggies along with chili and garlic.
Cut the onion tomato and capsicum.. - 2
In a nonstick pan add oil,
Put cumin,mustard seeds n hing
Let it crack completely then add mixed crushed vegetables and onion, sauté till crunch cook,then add tomato, capsicum and salt.. - 3
Pour the water in veggies,
Add spices and mix well,when water Starts boiling add roasted semolina and coriander,.
Mix gently,cover for 2-3 mnts then switch off the gas.. - 4
Transfer the upma in the plate and garnish with a coriander leaf..
Serve hot and enjoy the breakfast..👌😋
