My first time ever making this snack and it came out wonderful. Inspiration from @mapishi_rahisi . I found them a little too sweet so next time I'll reduce the sugar.
Steps

Wash rice 3 times and soak overnight. I used pishori rice

Drain the rice completely then blend with coconut milk and yeast
- 3
Place mixture in bowl, cover with a cloth and Place in a warm area (on top of fridge) for 1 hour

Add in the sugar and cardamom powder and mix till well incorporated

Warm up the vitumbua pan on and place a few drops of oil in each hole
- 6
Pour the mixture halfway through the holes and cook on low heat (patience is key to avoid burning)

When once side is cooked, flip over and Cook the other side. Repeat process till you finish cooking
