Ingredients

Oven 1/2 hour
4 people
  1. 400 gramwheat flavour
  2. 6 gramdried yeast
  3. 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  4. 3 decilitertepid water (lukewarm water)
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1teaspoon sugar
  7. 1egg for brushing
  8. Filling
  9. 2onions minced finely
  10. 2galic cloves finely chopped
  11. 1 tinMutti polpa tomatoes. 400 gram
  12. 300 gramminced beef (minced lamd is good, too)
  13. 2 teaspoonground cumin
  14. 2carrots coarsley ground
  15. 1tablspoon dried oregano
  16. 3red thai chillies- finely chopped
  17. 1 cubeMaggi boullion
  18. 1little water
  19. 2bay leaves
  20. 1black cardemomme, crushed a little
  21. 250 gramsshredded chedda and gouda
  22. Fresh chopped pasley an a little mint for topping

Steps

Oven 1/2 hour
  1. 1

    Mix dry yeast with tepid water. Add salt, sugar and oil. Add flower as you go. The dough should be very flexible. Raise in a bowl- with a bid of olive oil in bottom and covered with a damp cloth. We used the Ankersrum kithen mixer

    Raise at room temperature 2 hours

    Filling. Brown mince. Add onions, garlic, cumin, carrots, bay leaves,oregano, chillies and tomatoes- add a little water. Cook til dry. 20 minutes. Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste.

    Divide the dough into eight balls- roll out. Cover with damp cloth 1/2 hour
    15 cm long- 10 cm wide. Add the mince filling- eggwash on the sides. Fold the dough towards the meat. Should be shaped like a boat. Drizzle with cheese- eggwash

    Preheated oven 200 degrees celcious 15 minuttes- raise till 220 degrees and bake for another 15 minuttes until nice and golden. Drizzle with a little oregano and chopped parsley and fresh chopped mint. Serve with a nice chilli sauce
