Take a bowl mix wheat flour, and other ingredients and knead a medium soft dough and rest for 5 to 7mins. Than roll the roti and cut into diamond and keep it a side

Now lets Make daal, Take a Kadai add Oil, once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, Jeera, Hing, 1tsp of ginger garlic paste, haldi powder, Mirchi powder and chopped tomato once its all cooked, add jaggery cook for 1 to 2mins, Now add boiled daal mix well, add salt as per taste, lemon juice, groundnut, and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Now slow the flame then add dhokali and keep stirring continuously so that dhokali doesnt stick to each other and cook it on slow flame for 10 to 12 mins or till the dhokali is cooked properly. After 12 mins put off the flame, serve hot daal dhokali in a bowl and garnish with fresh chopped Coriander and ghee. Enjoy delicious authentic Gujarati Daal Dhokali
