Steps

Boil Potatoes in pressure cooker (2 whistle). Peel & keep aside.

Take a heavy bottom Kadai. Add Butter. Then add boiled Potatoes in butter. Fry it & keep aside.

Then add chopped garlic, ginger& red chilli. Saute it for 2 minutes in low flame. Then add black pepper powder & salt. Add fried Potatoes on it. Mix it well. Cook it for 1 minute.

Add chopped parsley & chilli flakes on it. Mix it & serve it.
