Healthy and Delicious Savory Chana-Aloo Chaat Recipe made with brown chana/chickpeas, aloo and Indian masala. This chaat is rich in protein. It can be served as a salad, snack or starter. It can be chilled in refrigerator and served. It stays good for up to a week, when refrigerated.

Wash and soak the chana/chickpeas overnight. Boil and strain the chana. (Cooked in Instant Pot for 20-25 minutes to get perfectly cooked chana). Set it aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl add a cup of the boiled chana, the chopped potato cubes and all the ingredients mentioned under “Dressing” and mix it gently until well combined.

Next add the ingredients mentioned under “Veggies “ and fold it gently. Chana-Aloo chaat is ready.

Transfer the chaat into a serving bowl and garnish it with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
