Heat oven to 200c. Large saucepan of the water to boil.

Prep - peel & chop onion, pepper and coarsely great the carrot. Grate the garlic

Heat a pan for mince. Cook mince once cooked add in onion carrot and pepper

Add in garlic and Mexican spice. Add in chopped tomatoes, red wine and water. Simmer until thick.

In saucepan cook pasta according to instructions

Whilst mince and pasta cooking - mix panko breadcrumbs and hard Italian style cheese with oil.

Once all cooked drain pasta and mix with Mexican beef. Transfer to oven dish with breadcrumbs on top. Bake in oven for 8-10 mins.
