Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix well butter, egg, honey and baby purée.

In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add the above mixture to make a dough.

Coll dough in a fridge for at least 30 minutes. When ready to bake, take the dough out of fridge and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Form thick cookies and place them on baking sheet. Bake on a middle rack at 350 F until golden brown and edges are firm.

Let cookies cool and serve.

I also adjusted the amounts of other ingredients and added some small hints.These are not so sweet, so if you prefer a sweeter taste, use up to 100 g of brown sugar.
