1 bagfrozen french fries
1 bagfrozen corn
8 oz.Cotija or other crumbly cheese
1/3 cupmayonnaise
1/3 cupMexican crema or sour cream
1 tspgarlic powder
2 tspchili powder
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice, optional

Steps

Cook french fries according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, combine corn, mayo, sour cream or crema, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Do not boil.

Pour sauce mixture over french fries and top with crumbled cheese. Garnish with cilantro and fresh lime juice if desired.
