  • 1 tbspmint mayonassie(add flavor or plain whatever you like)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspchilliflakes
  • Grated cheese

    Parboil the potatoes with skin. Then cut into half. Now scoop from the middle and make cups like

    Now mix the scoop out mash with mayonaisse and spices to make the filling

    Fill in the potatoes and top witb grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 10mts. Serve hot
