3,tbsp butter
3 tbspmaida
1little milk
1/2 tspsalt
3 tbspsugar
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tbspmix herbs
1/2paprika

Heat water in a pan and then add in maida keep the flame slow then mix it well till colour changes to light pink

Them add in warm milk and stir continuously make sure there are no lumps then add in salt sugar black pepper cheese and mix everything well.

Now your white sauce is ready
