In a bowl add baby corn pieces, green chillies ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste,corn flour and refined flour. Sprinkle water and mix well so that baby corn pieces are very well coated.

Heat oil in a frying pan and drop down the baby corn pieces one by one. Fry till golden brown.

In a pan add oil, finely chopped onions, green chillies ginger garlic paste. Saute for 3 minutes. Add all the sauces, vinegar, salt if required, corn flour slurry. Stir until gravy thickens.

Add fried baby corn pieces in gravy and mix well till the baby corn pieces are very well coated with sauce. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
