Combine the water, butter, and mashed potato mix in a pot, and stir over heat. Add the milk, and continue stirring over low heat until smooth.

Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream, stir it up, then it's ready!! Quick as a flash! Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I use mashed potato mix from Costco.
