5-Minute Easy Mulūkhīya Shira-ae

I love mulūkhīya, so I eat it with whatever flavorings I come up with. This is today's mulūkhīya dish.
This recipe is very simple. Wakame or shredded seaweed also goes well in this dish. Mulūkhīya only needs to be boiled for 20 seconds. For 2 servings. Recipe by HaradaKiTN

Steps
- 1
Rinse the mulūkhīya, boil in salt water, then coarsely chop. Also chop the part of the stalk that is tender.
- 2
Combine the mulūkhīya, tofu, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and sugar, and toss with chopsticks. The consistency will become paste-like.
- 3
Chill before serving for best results.
- 4
Because of the mucin (viscous substance) in mulūkhīya, the tofu will not become watery, so you don't even have to drain it.
