Steps

Assemble ingredients, soak Dal for 3-4 hours.

Take Dalia, wash nicely and soak for 20 minutes.

Pressure cook soaked Dalia + little salt and pressure cook in sufficient water and pressure cook till 1 whistle and let pressure release by itself.
Add the chopped vegetables + turmeric powder + salt as required. - 4
In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add dry red chilli +bay leaf + paanch phoron + ginger and allow to crackle, then add Dalia along with veggies (Dalia mix) and give a good mix. Add sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes, add warm water as required.
After cooling Dalia turns thick and dry so add water accordingly. - 5
Add Ghee + Raisins, stir well and Keep in stand by mode for around 2 minutes and dish is done.

Serve with salad for a complete wholesome dish.
