Wash chana dal. soak in water for 10 minutes.

Peel snakegourd.

Cut into small pieces.wash with water.

Add chopped green chili.
Take a cooker heat add ghee add cumin seeds. Crackle it. - 5
Add Turmeric powder red chilli powder.

Add chana dal salt red chili powder.Mix all.add little water.

Close cooker take 2 whistles
Open cooker ready snake gourd sabji. - 8
Add lemon juice coriander.
Serve hot with roti paratha.
