This recipe is full of natural goodness. Containing vegetables, edamame beans, and fish as well as olive oil. A good way of eating both for a healthy heart and for general well-being. #GoldenApron23

Start with boiling the potatoes in salty water until tender. While that's cooking stir fry peppers, slice onions. In a small bowl, mix garlic chopped basil and vinegar, slowly drizzle with oil whisking continuosly until combined.

Place the potatoes on a large plate add the cooked beans and let it cool. Mix in the peppers, onions and olives and finally add the dressing and toss together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside while you pan fry the fish. (or grill for 6-8 minutes on medium heat). In a heavy based "Pre - Heated" pan add a little oil then when oil is hot add fish (skin side up first), fry gently for a few minutes each side. Season with salt and pepper. enjoy your meal.
