Boil the banana stem and squeeze the excess water by pressing in between your palm.

In a mixing bowl add banana stem, potato, chopped onion, green chilli, cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, salt and roasted chana dal powder and mix properly.

Now shape them in kebabs and keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Add oil in pan, shallow fry the kebabs in medium heat from both sides, serve with sauce or any chutney of your choice.
