Hung the curd full night Make sure the curd is super thick ; when you add veggies & salt, it will get slightly softer because of moisture

Take a glass bowl add thick dahi & paneer add finely chopped onion 🧅 bell pepper 🫑 green chili 🌶️ grated carrots 🥕 & coriander leaves you can see in pic & add spices mix it well

Before adding veggie in cheese keep little separate & spread in plate
Now make a ball of cheese mixture & roll the ball in veggie mixture & keep in fridge so it will also hard in the fridge - 4
Serve chilled with chips, veggie sticks & toasted bread 🍞
