Heat cast iron kadai, dry roast oats 2-3 minutes on low flame, till golden brown and fragrant. Now add milk, mix it well and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame till oats are done.

Now add nolen gud/ melted jaggery mix it well. Lastly add mashed banana mix well till combined and cook another 1-2 minutes then turn off the flame and transfer into the serving bowl.

Garnish with roundels banana slices, pumpkin seeds, crushed pistachio and cranberry. Serve immediately.
