Usually this dish will use fry or deep fry to cook. This time we use less oil and different way to make it is still crunchy!

Usually this dish will use fry or deep fry to cook. This time we use less oil and different way to make it is still crunchy!

Steps

Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Add the all-purpose seasoning into the rice

Give up using the chopsticks to mix them, just use your hand to mix them well😂

Tiling the rice on the baking sheet

Put the rice into oven and tell it see you 20 minutes later and shake your hand to the rice

Enjoy it!
By the way, you can use barbecue sauce instead of the all-purpose seasoning but you might need to bake longer(maybe 5-10 more minutes) to make the rice dry
