Steps

Wash rice and soak it for three days, change the water every day wash and soak it. On the fourth day remove water and dry it on clean cloth.

Now grind the rice to powder and seive it then add jaggery mix it with your hands.

Grind the mixture in mixi jar,keep it one night for fermentation.

Heat oil on medium flame, keep low flame take small ball size of the prepared mixture dip one side in poppy seeds and flatten it on butter paper in circle shape, drop in oil and let it fry and come up now with help of spoon turn other side and fry to golden. Prepare all the anarasa like this.

Anarasa are ready to serve/enjoy.
