Steps

For cake batter - in a bowl add 2 eggs, castor sugar and whisk well

Add vanilla essence and baking powder and whisk well again

Add sooji, sifted flour, whisk well, batter is ready. Pour the batter into a grease cake tin.

Bake on Pre grated oven at 180 deg C for 35 min or until toothpick comes clean, set aside and cool completely

Make holes with fork all over the cake.

For Malai - in a wok add milk and bring it to boil, keep stirring, add condensed milk, Elaichi powder and stir until consistency is halved, add cream and stir for 2 mins on low flame. Set aside and pour over the cake

Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and enjoy a slice
