Easy, Tasty, Non-fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce

I've tried a number of recipes, but this one's the most popular amongst my family. It's my own variation of a recipe I found in a cookbook.
Using cauliflower also turned out nice.
If you're not serving it to children, you could increase the amount of doubanjiang to make it spicier. For 4 servings. Recipe by honeymit

Steps
- 1
Chop broccoli into desired sizes. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes. (I usually cook the stem as well.)
- 2
Mix all ★ condiments to make the sauce.
- 3
Peel and devein the shrimp. Put the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sake into a plastic bag, and rub in. Add katakuriko to coat.
- 4
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and continue to heat.
- 5
When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.
- 6
Add the ★ sauce and mix well.
- 7
Dish it up and serve with mayonnaise.
