Take soya chunks and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Squeeze water and keep aside. Take a blender. Add coriander garlic chilli ginger and grind it.

Add chana dav and soya chunks and grind it. Make coarse pasta. Transfer it in bowl. Add the onion coriander salt garam masala chilli powder coriander powder aam chur cumin seeds besan and mix it. Mixture is ready.

Make a dough. Take some portion from mixture and make it round shape.

Take pre heated pan. Add little oil in pan. Keep tikki on oil cook it. From both sides for 4 minutes on low flame till gets golden brown.

Transfer it in plate. Serve it with souce green chutney onions.

Chana soya chunks tikki / pettis is ready.
