Wash and chop mirchi, fry them in a spoon of oil and transfer to a plate.

Grind peanuts, coconut, coriander leaves to coarse powder. Heat oil in kadai add bay leaf, cinnamon, big cardmum chopped onion fry for few minutes.

Add chopped tomato fry it for a while then add chopped methi leaves, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, jeera powder, salt, subji masala mix it well.

Now add peanut mixture mix it cooks for a min. Add ginger green chilly paste and curd cook for a few minutes.

Now add fried chillies adjust salt mix everything well cook for another few minutes, and it's ready to serve with roti, rice.
