In a pot, add your oil and sesame oil

Let it heat up and break in your egg and a pinch of salt, Scramble the eggs and fry

Add your cooked white rice and mix

Then add few drops of light soy sauce, mix all together, cover and allow to steam

Your egg rice is ready to pair with any sauce of choice.
