Cut your corn tortillas like a pizza. You can only do a few at a time. Get a bowl out and add all seasoning to it & mix with a fork.

Heat oil to almost medium high heat. You will know your oil is ready when you can put a drop of water in the oil and it bubbles. Add a few triangles to oil at a time. Flatten tortillas and flip cook to your liking. Set up your station: empty metal bowl, plate w/ paper towels & seasoning bowl.

Once chips are done, add to paper towel to absorb excess oil. Still hot, add chips to metal bowl & add a little bit of seasoning & mix. Then add to an air tight container. Continue until all chips are cooked. If any extra seasoning your choice to add it to your air tight container, then close container. Shake around. Wait a couple hours to let the seasonings really stick to the chips.
