  • 4Burger buns
  • 4 tbsTandoori mayonnaise
  • Sliced onions, lettuce and tomatoes
  • Chat masala
  • 2 tspbutter

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Chopped tomato and onion into slices and keep aside.

    Shallow fry our vegitable tikkis from both the sides and keep aside

    Roast burger bun on tava with butter, let it turn slightly crispy.

    Now let's assemble it.
    Apply some butter and mayo on rosted buns then sprinkle some chat masala, thenplace lettuce leaves,and vegitable Patti on it.

    Then place sliced tomato and onion on it, then put tandoori Mayo. And place another parrlt of burger bun on top.
