Mackerel fillet cut into small pieces
Филе скумбрии нарезать небольшими ломтиками

Onion cut into half rings or feathers. Garlic slices.
Лук нарезать полукольцами или перьями. Чеснок пластинками.

Put in layers in a jar. Mackerel, onion, garlic. And so in order.
В банку складывать слоями. Скумбрия, лук, чеснок. И так по порядку.

Top with all the spices and bay leaf. Pour in the vinegar and oil.
Сверху, добавить все специи и лавровый лист. Влить уксус и масло.

Close the lid and shake the jar to mix all the ingredients. Place in refrigerator for at least two days.
Закрыть крышку, потрясти банку, чтобы все ингредиенты перемешались. Поставить в холодильник минимум на два дня.
