Steps

Firstly, peel the cassava skin.
Wash it and make two halves and boil in a steamer. Then cut it into small pieces..
Cut onion and chillies in Julienne's.
Crush garlic. - 2
Remove the white part of coconut.
Cut in small pieces add water and crush in a mixi jar..
After that squeeze the milk..
Approximately 1 litre.. - 3
In a nonstick pan add oil, sauté onion and garlic,let it soft then remove..kp aside.
Now the same oil add wheat flour and roast till color change,add chillies, roast chill with flour. - 4
Now Add coconut milk and salt.when milk Starts boiling add boiled cassava pieces,fried onion and coriander..let it boil for 3-4 mnts.
When Gravy Starts getting thicker.
Remove the pan from the flame..
Cassava in coconut milk is ready..
Transfer into a bowl, sprinkle coriander and serve..
