Take a nonstick pan add ghee, roast dry fruits. Put it aside. Now add oats in this pan & dry roast for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat.

When it turns light brown add half cup of water in it. After one boil of water add soy milk in it. Mix them proper.

Also add cardamom powder. Continues stiring in the pan. Soymilk is thicker than cow or Buffalo milk so there is big chance to burn it.

After 3 minutes soymilk & oats absorbed, cover the pan for fine cooked. Check it if oats cooked proper in milk add sugar in it.

Cook it more 2 minutes to melt the sugar. At last add fried dry fruits in it. Keep in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.

Before serve add left over dry fruits. Healthy food for all.
