Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water & 1 tsp salt.

Add pasta now, do not break it, slowly slowly it will immerse in the water. Cook it for 9 minutes or till done.

Simultaneously take another pan, add oil, heat it. Add garlic now, saute it for 30 sec. Add red chilli flakes, mix it well. In goes pasta.

Sprinkle lil water, cook it for a minute, add seasoning, mix it well.

Add in cilantro, stir it gently. Turn off the flame. In goes half of the grated cheese, mix it well.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with rest of the grated cheese.
