Lebanese style spaghetti with minced meat and red sauce

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a large deep pan. Cook the onion and garlic on low heat until golden brown. Cook the pasta at the same time as per the instructions

Add the minced meat along with the salt and spices and increase the heat.

Once the meat is cooked, add tomato paste along with approximately 2-3 ladles of pasta water. Allow the sauce to simmer gently over medium heat for around 5 minutes until it slightly thickens.

Add the pasta, mix well, and allow it to simmer over medium heat for a few additional minutes. You can add some parmesan cheese on top upon serving
