6-8 hours

6 servings

6medium peppers, washed, tops cut off and deseeded
1 poundground beef uncooked
1/2 cupraw rice. I have used both instant and non instant rice
1 cupchopped onion
2/3 cupwater
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 cupketchup
In separate small bowl mix together
1 cupketchup
1/2 cupwater

In a large bowl mix together beef, rice, onion, water, salt, 1/4 cup ketchup.

Stuff peppers and place in crockpot. You can stack them if needed.

Mix 1 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water. Pour over the peppers.

Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours.
